Tests, contracts and monitoring on the data itself, so a bad upstream change is caught by the pipeline and not by the person reading the report.
Internal tools where a model does part of the work — search, extraction, review, triage — with evaluation and access control built in.
Engagement
A firm sells capacity, continuity and a procurement process, and wins on all three. We do not compete there. What we offer is different in kind.
The person who builds the system is the person you talk to. No account layer, no handover.
Fixed and small, by preference. Fewer things, finished properly, rather than a longer list held open.
Work that needs a team we do not have is declined, early and in plain words.

Availability
We take on a small number of narrowly scoped builds at a time. A good fit is a defined problem with a clear boundary — a pipeline, a data model, a quality layer, one internal tool. There is no services menu; scope is agreed per build.
